Move over, Jillian Michaels!

I recently moved offices. My new office is located in a two-story building.

My office is on the first floor, and the kitchen is on the second floor. That’s where I keep my lunch. So everyday I have to go to the second floor at least twice; once to put my lunch in the refrigerator, and once to retrieve it. We have an elevator, but I always use the stairs. In fact, I even move pretty quickly up the stairs so as to maximize my calorie burning.

And that my friends is my “exercise” routine. I know it seems pretty extreme since I do this EVERY weekday, but really it’s not so bad. I can handle it, and you should see the lack of definition forming in my legs!
